Confused Theft in 1st degree

I am trying to be charged with a theft in the first degree and organized retail theft in first degree an with no priors they say the best they can do is 20 days work crew with a theft in first degree on my record with the organized retail theft dismissed shouldnt i be able to get diversion or something lowered more isnt there more hope then whats being brought to the table???????????

What do you think is reasonable then argue your point. Find your state statues online if you don't have a law library that you can go too. And see what it say about theft in 1st degree
