Embezzlement or not?
Kentucky
This is going to sound a lot like someone lying, lol, but someone I know was provided a gas card from his work, he was never told specifically (or at least to my knowledge) that it was to be used only for the work vehicles, though it is pretty well understood that it should only be used for that purpose, but what I was wondering is if he used it for his personal vehicles, is it considered embezzlement? |
