is this a federal criminal act?
me and a long-time enemy of mine have been going back and forth with e-mails about our differences that I won't get in to. but this is a short cilp of our e-mail conversation:
--------- enemy: why don't you go off and play with yourself! Me: thanks i just did to one of your pics because you are sexy! enemy: that is actually a federal criminal act and im going to do something of it! --------- is that true then? and if so, how serious is it, like the penalties or if there is jail time? thanks for reading! |

No--they cannot do anything about that...but avoid any issues at all if this hostility exists...better not to have the hassle.
