I have been wondering. If you were to take a tent to a public park, and set it up. Preferably a park that allows you to spend the night or "a Camping park", is it legal to have sex inside the tent if it is concealed? or would it still be considered public sex and therefore illegal? hehe, It is interesting topic i'm hoping most of you will reply Thank you in advance.

It is not illegal in most overnight parks; it is illegal in most other parks.
The park ranger can always confirm the rules for you. |

Public Camp Ground..... Less likely to be cited, although not impossible. Especially if someone complains about you. I say more power to ya, but I cant speak for everyone else.... hehe |
