Default False Rape Accusation (No Charges Yet)

course of events:

I meet a girl walking home one night who is clearly intoxicated. She approaches me and wraps her arms around me. She kisses me and then leaves.

The following night she wants to "hang out", and we end up watching a movie together.

The night after this, she invites me over to talk, and she ends up performing sexually on me. I did initiate it, but it was clearly consentual.

The following night, she tells me she wants to get to know me before we "fool around again". We are hanging out and talking, and I lean over and kiss her. I ask her why she doesn't even want to cuddle. She just says "no". Then I told her I have to go and I left.

The next day, she is angry and emotionally disturbed, she thinks i've been using her. I receive text messages saying I'm "a piece of trash and stay away from her"

The following day, I receive text messages that claim I raped her.

I receive atleast 10 text messages from atleast 10 different numbers, all with the same message: "when a girl says no, it means no."

Should I file a complaint or perhaps file for a restraining order? Should I atleast give my story to authorities incase she is planning on doing so herself? I'm very, very worried because I'm a future lawyer myself and my reputation is important to me. Based on the information above, is it likely that if a charge is filed against me, I could win in a counter-claim for slander? Or ignoring the clear case of slander and focusing on the false rape accusations, what kind of circumstantial evidence would be necessary for her to make a legitamate case that could go to court?

Save all your messages and write this all down so you have facts.

If she falsely files charges she may be arrested if the evidence shows she is not telling the truth.
