I am a casino addict. In one of my gambling sprees I managed to pawn my car to a casino financier. The casino financier cut 10% immediately from the loan so the proceeds was only 90%. On top of that, each and everyday, he charges 2% interest on the loan. My financier is a policeman. I am afraid that if I will not be able to pay him he will find ways to eliminate as in kill me or do me harm because the car I pawned him is still mortgaged to a bank. I am from the Philippines and I do not know where to address my concern in my country. These loan sharks are roaming around the casinos freely with the consent of the casino operators themselves.
Please help me. T |
