My son 14y is being charged with sexual harassment for touching a male school teacher on the behind accidently, now stands a chance to be expelled from school. What must I do?

Who is charging that and in what forum? That seems totally ridiculous. |

The school is charging my son for this incedent and is not even following procedure>
