Is a forged land deed ever valid?

Let me revise my question..
Is there any state in the USA where an actual deed forgery, as in the signature on the deed being forged by someone not of that name in order to gain land not theirs...A forgery that has been proven...Is there any state where that forged deed can be anything other than void? |
