Confused can he fight this?

my brother was a truck driver and he was accused of a hit and run in Virginia the case was thrown out and he moved to Arkansas we have recently found out that the case was reopened right after he moved. He was never served anything saying that the case was reopened there for he thought everything was ok but now we are finding out that he has a felony on his record and is wanted in the state of Virginia because they failed to see that he was proporly served to appair in court. is there anything he can do to have this fixed? PLEASE HELP!!!!

You can have legal counsel show he was not served or that errors truly were made; and the matter may be vacated, set aside etc.--and a new trial set.

Email world law if you wish or seek local counsel but frankly you must have a lawyer involved for this.
