i don't know what to do!
my boyfriend was arrested and beat into sigining a confession. he was not asked if he wanted an attorney so he went though this without any legal aid. is the confession submisable in court or what. i just want to help him. so please help me

If he can show he confessed under duress, or due to a beating as you say, it will be thrown out--
