Default two time offender

my child had commited a larceny and embelzelment crime and it was reduced to a misdomeaner served 1 year pobation came off probation in june this year went to work for some one else and has been charged with larceny by employee what will possibly be the punishment this time?

Well if they think it is true, he could serve some time. A lot depends on his age, circumstances etc.

Make sure you hire counsel to assist. It might still get negotiated down.

The child/person needs to stop if true!!!!
