I am the Victim and I Received the Summons!

I just received a summons to municipal court in Vineland, NJ because I sent a letter to my neighbor regarding how her children were tampering with my new fence that divides our property. She understood I was sending her threatening and harrassing letters. The reason we had to end up spending $5,000 for a fence is a four (4) year ongoing situation with trespassing and invasion of private property by her kids, her kids playmates and little cousins, my neighbor trashing my back garden with tree branches, logs, leaves that they just dumped on my back yard, their shed was encroaching on our property by 1.5 feet which we found out by the Zoning Office at City Hall when we asked for a permit for making the fence; her kids playing on my front lawn standing on top of my sprinker system heads and damaging twice, her drunk son backing out of their driveway in his SUV and ripping out my front lawn by 15 feet down to the dirt, etc, etc, etc,. To stop the above (yeah, was I dreaming) we installed a fence by all city regulations. The fence is 2" onto my property before the mark line that divides our properties - because I just knew this was coming sooner than later. Well, they got fined in July 2007, because their garbage on my back yard caused rodent infestation and they got fined by the health department. Then, they got fined in June 2008 because their shed was encroaching onto our property by 1.5'. When the city came by to see if they had moved the shed, the city encountered that their huge overground swimming pool did not have a Permit, their pool was not surrounded by fenced property so they were fined twice again and were ordered to fence the property or get rid of the pool. On June 24th, her kids were throwing rocks and objects at my fence that faces their property and my husband caught them. Now, because she was ordered to fence in her pool, she just fenced in 3 sides of her property and is using my fence that is on my property to enclose her pool with my fence. She also has harrassed my contracted service such as my electrician and my sprinkler installer. I have all documents in order, repair receipts, verbal incidents in detail. I am pleading not guilty to make my case but wish to counterclaim and obtain my innocence, have her found guilty, get my expenses paid and have the case handled by mediation because I want her to face me while I inform her WHY I sent her a letter explaining my next stop would be in court. Please tell me how to counterclaim pro se.
