restraining order ohio

i live in ohio and am wondering about what/if i could get a restraining order against a girl. she verbally threatened me and has pulled my hair, scratched my neck. she is a friend of my roommate. how would i go about doing this? are they generally granted for situations like mine? thanks.

You can get a restrating order on the woman that attacked you? what county in Ohio do you live in? each county has a domestic relations court and thats where you go to get the order. good luck!
