horses taken unjustified

i recently had three horses taken from me without a court order they were not in iminant danger nor were they checked by a vet. i was out of town one week and i had purchased three new horses a few days before i left and did not have my pasture ready yet so i boarded them down the road though i was gone my wife was there with them every day. on my way home my wife called me and told me that she had heard that someone from the spca was looking at the horses. so the next day i called them to see if this was true and why and they told me there was no problem they were just checking on a call. the next day i went to pick the horses up to take them home and the lady from the spca came up to the barn and told me to leave and that they were taking the horsesand wrote me three tickets for neglect. while i was there i asked her when i would get them back and she told me that she was going to do everything posible so that i didnt get them back. needless to say that these horses are all over 900 lbs which is in good health. over two weeks later i recived a anonomus phone call telling me that there was no court orded holding my horses and to go and get them so i took an officer with me and got them. when we went there there were hand writen signs on the stalls saying that the horses were under court order. the officer told me that they were fakes and to go on. i am now looking into going after this lady for my fourth admendment right. in your opinion do yu think i have a chance and is there any advice you can give me?
