Recently i have had explicit conversations with a minor, a stupid mistake. She is 16 and im 23, i live in texas. We had an arguement and now she is saying she i going to the police and going to report me. My question is how much trouble can i get into? About how long will it take for the police to come find me? She doesnt know my last name or address, only my cell phone number? Please help...

Probably not too much unless she has solid proof and you were way over the line -- but if they come asking questions have a lawyer present before you say anything.

again...not too much unless she recorded you. you could however, change your cell phone. is it under contract? if not, (prepaid) then it doesn't matter anyways...one-you can't trace prepaid phones. 2-if she didn't record anything it's he said/she said. you don't have to hire a lawyer right away. just call and get a free consultation. this should give you enough to speak w/ cops, if that even happens. and 2-if she finds you.
if your phone is NOT prepaid then they could find you if she screams "rape". either way; if you had sex (in ANY way w/ her as a minor it's "statutory rape". so if that happens you're screwed. then you pretty much have to prove you didn't do it. not her proving you did. kinda fkd up. anyways. prob. won't go that far, but just so you know. DO NOT TALK TO HER AT ALL!!! If she knows your friends or family, DO NOT LET THEM TALK TO HER ANYMORE!!! LET IT GO!!! |
