statutory rape after 12 years of marriage
My freind has been married for 12 years, she is 7 years older than her husband. They currently are going thru a divorce. Can she be prosicuted for statutory rape. They currently live in NY and are getting divorced, The crime would have been commited in the state of georgia over 14 years ago. I bealive he was 16 when they first had intercourse.

Though it is possible, it is very unlikely that any prosecutor would take that case now.
