HELP NEEDED! Fraudulent Acts By Public Officials of Georgia

I am one of a group of people looking to press charges against the public officials of Georgia for violations of the 5th, 6th, and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution for fraudulent prosecution under the color of state law.

We have (3) three claims:
1. There is NO RECORD of the Grand Jury minutes, creating a void indictment.
2. Challenging the Subject Matter Jurisdiction/ venue of the Court. The courts are under Admiralty Jurisdiction which is indicated by the Gold Fringe flag in the courtroom.
3. The O.C.G.A. (Official Code of Georgia Annotated) are invalid and not enacted. Also they contain a copyright. Laws are public domain and cannot be copyrighted which means these codes and revised O.C.G.A. Statutes/ laws are actually bodies of private law or corporate administrative law. There is no enacting clause on the O.C.G.A. which is essential. They are invalid because the legislative branch created the illegal entity known as the "Georgia Code Revision Commission" and who entered into a contract with the The Michie Publishing Company, who recoded the new ab initio O.C.G.A of Georgia making all indictments void.
