falsely accused
I have a problem, my husband has recently been arrested for a crime he didnt commit. he has 3 class C felony charges against him...use of a child in a sexual performance. he has yet to go to trial for the charges. If my husband is convicted of this crime he will be put away for 20 or more years and we have two small children who will grow up with out a father. He has been taken to a town where there is alot of questionable activity as far as the police and correctional officers are concerned and they are pretty much biased against him. He is being mistreated in the jail and not being properly fed.I cannot afford the kind of lawyer he needs and The only available public defender in the town is the presiding judge's daughter. So it is looking like a lose/lose situation. I dont know where else to turn...please give me some advice!!
