15 with a 19 year old
I'm 15 years old and I been with my 19 year old boyfriend (who just turned 19 a couple weeks ago) for almost two years now....a few months ago I got pregnant with him and now we are expecting our first child together, we plan to raise this baby and now a detective is opening up a case on us now since it is illegal for a 15 year old to have sex with a 18/19 year old....Would his charge be a misdeamenor or a felony?? What could happen to him? What could happen with me and him if he stands before that judge?

See A table of worldwide ages of consent, including US states and confirm with your local police dept and/or District Attorney's office.
You two should arrange to hire legal counsel. That counsel may help get the case dismissed or work a compromise. Last edited by annjd : 06-20-2008 at 07:40 PM. |
