Default Wrongly accused

I am being accused of theft 1. Can charges be dropped due to defamation of character or tampering wih witnesses. I have proof of both things going on from the accuser.

Default Re: Wrongly accused

Charges will probably not be dropped but somebody else can be charged for tampering.

The State can still try to prove you are guilty but they have to have some solid evidence or they will not prevail.

The defamation is civil and will not effect the charge.
