Default bond question

If a person is out on bond and has made all requisite appearances in court , and has not violated that bond, is it legal for a judge who is giving probation , to lock that person up in county jail to await appointment at 90 day boot camp?

Default Re: bond question

It is not illegal but is very odd; the bond normally has conditions--were any violated.

Why does the judge say he is doing that?
