Police officer stop in the Forest Preserveme with 3 fresh small green onions in my hand.
He gave a ticket and sent me to court. Please help! What can I do? And what can I get for this? Thank you |

Normally you will simply get a fine and be done.
It will be a civil offense not a criminal record type matter. Check the charges. |
