Arrest record
I have two arrests for battery (five years apart) and both cases were dropped. They were in two seperate counties (Santa Clara and what ever county Mountain View, CA is in), if that matters. Even though the cases were dropped I am still paying the price in jobs not attained due to back ground checks. i.e. they never ask you the circumstances of their findings, they just move to the next applicant...
Is there anything that I can do to get these erased or sealed? Thank you, |
