Help!! Being Harrassed by Ex from Canada!

I live in california and my ex lives in alberta, canada. Since we broke up
i( and my family and friends) have been recieving threatening phone calls
from her. She calls my house, my cellphone, and my job( where i am a
receptionist and must answer the phone) at a rate of every 3 to 10 min all
day and all night. My ex even gets her friends to call an harass me. I filed
a restraining order but she can\'t be sreved until she re enters the U.S.
The last weekend we spent together before i broke up with her, she kicked in
my windshield, sliced my massage table, held me against my will for 2 1/2
days, and attempted to tie me up. I am desperate need of legal help. I will
change my personal numbers and such but i can\'t change my work numbers at
my job. What can i do??? Thank you

File a police report with your local police and ask them to forward to the police where she lives--and press charges.

You cannot bother people at their work place. You cannot leave more than 6 messages or that is called harassment. Always let your calls from her go to voicemail and give them to the police, dont argue with her or tell her any personal stuff about yourself. This is called clean hands, you have no fault in this. They will charge her with stalking and harassment. That is Canadian law.
