Confused mom needs HELP!!!!

I live in California,the eldest of my 3 children (now adults) has been in the penal system for 8 & 1/2 years. I applied for and was approved to visit my son at Mule Creek State prison in Ione,Ca.; where I visited him twice during his 5 & 1/2 years there. Then he was transferred to Kern Valley State prison in Delano,Ca.; where I visited twice (Nov./Dec.2007)during his 2 & 1/2 years there. Well in late March 2008 my son was transferred to High Desert State prison in Susanville,Ca.; as directed by prison officials he sent me new visitor questionnaire forms so that his siblings and myself can be re-approved to visit. I WAS DIS-APPROVED because of a case I was involved in back in 1990. I was given community service and told by the judge that with that done and 5 years probation,not to get in trouble again during that time, then my charges would be knocked down to misdemeanors. I complied with everything that I was ordered by the court and since have had 1 traffic citation (no light above back license plate) which I got signed off the next day and took care of it promptly with the court. How is it POSSIBLE that in Nov./Dec.2007 I'm visiting my son and 4 months later I'm dis-approved, NO-NO,this is not RIGHT.The authority in charge at High Desert are IN THE WRONG. High Desert and Kern Valley as well as Mule Creek are all level 4 Prisons, so how or what can I do? What avenues are at my disposal? Who can I call and/or write to?? I will not nor should I lower my head in shame and accept a 6 month suspension of my visiting privileges. PLEASE HELP ME with any and ALL resources.

You can appeal that to higher level supervisors or even seek a court order to override it if need be.
