A friend of mine has a 13 year old boy whom is being charged with arson. What would his penalty be for starting a fire, but putting it out? The damage is @ $200.00 to a eletric heat/air system that was out side a home. What is the most possible punichment this boy may get if being charged with arson twice? He admitted to doing the damages but has not gone to court yet.
