Confused Recieved Ticket for Using Another Person's Handicapped Parking Device.

I received a ticket for using another person's accessible parking
identification device in Kansas, the state that I do reside in. I have a pre-trial date. I was wondering what would be the sentences for entering a guily plea or a no- contest plea.

I was also wondering if i needed a lawyer at this pre-trial. Thank You.
