minimum/maximum sentencing for assault plus 3 other charges
I need to know what my husband is looking at time-wise to serve in prison. His charges are, aggravated assault, domestic battery w/ no priors, criminal damage <1000, and disorderly conduct. He has a clean record and this took place in Johnson County, Kansas.
Another problem we have is that he is not a citizen here. He never had a green card nor a visa to be here. I know there is almost no possibility he will stay but if anyone does know of a way to try to keep him here with me and our 10 week old daughter, any information is greatly appreciated. thank you very much! |

Things don't look good.
And he has little chance of staying. I would suggest you have reputable immigration counsel review all details and advise. This is not the time to try to resolve by yourself. |
