Legal residence restrictions for non-registered sex offenders in PA?
Should a school or playground be an issue or a factor if the parolee is not a pedophile, child molester, or child stalker? Parolee had sexual contact with a minor but was not charged or convicted, the girl consented and was not honest about her age. He was however accused, charged, and convicted of raping his 28 year old girlfriend whom he resided with at the time. He is considerd a sex offender however not required to register under Meghan's Law, what is the legal distance? Does that apply to a non-registered sex offender?
