withheld adjudication
after more than 20 years at a p/t job place was sold taken over by a casino
after 9 more years i was layed off only to be rehired 4 months later .when i went backi had to re-apply with application .the questioned asked if i have been convicted of a crime.i answered no (withheld adjudication -24 years ago),.they then told me i lied on application,job offer rescinded.i was led to believe the conviction was withheld. |

Have the prosecutor's office give a statement that you are allowed to say no conviction...
