IINOCENT UNTIL PROVED GUILTY?

i have a close friend in nc her 6 year old son "a boy shes been fighting for custordy for" for 2 years now has told social services that his mother asked him to fondle her..... now as a result his mother has to go to prison tomorrow at 9 am cuffed and labled a child molester "pervert" she has little money as most was spent on lawyers due to her custordy battles. we believe that her ex told her son to say this terrible lie... but my question is this... how can she prove her inocence?

She could also ask for lie detectors from ALL involved parties.

The courts don't usually act solely on one accusation without some kind of corroborating evidence--is there something else?

well she had been fighting for custordy she saw him every second weekend, his dad her ex has done all he can to make it difficult for her i have many examples, but she babysitted her sisters child and other friends kids..... if that type of a person "which she isnt" why chose a boy shes fighting over custordy for? she was arested last wednesday but alowed to go to her grandfathers funeral on the condition she surenderd herself monday. shes now in Granville County Jail

143 Williamsboro Street, Oxford, NC 27565 apears in court 1st hearing 28th may charged with child sex abuse and 100 thousand dollars bail which will be reduced after 1st hearing 2nd will be in around 6 months.
