Default Hope I'm in the right place

I live in Missouri. I allowed my brother to give my 14 year old son a tattoo with my written consent. I looked it up and that's all I saw that my brother needed to give my son the tattoo. My problem is that my sister's friend who she and I live with is now trying to say that it's child abuse and if I try to move from the house and take my son with me, this friend will call child protective services on me. I'm wondering if they will do anything since my brother had written consent from me?
And thank you to anyone who can answer my question.
