Exclamation dui sc

how do I get a copy of my arrest reports and evidence against me i can not afford a lawyer so I am repersenting myself

You have to follow the discovery rules in your jurisdiction and request the info from the other side.

Frankly if you are pro se you might try just faxing them a request for any and all documentation on your case and send a copy to the court.

If that does not work you need to file a formal discovery request. The clerk of the court could probably show you another similar model that you could work from.
