Confused prove a point

are there any laws or cases tried that weight and size played a factor in the outcome of a case assult, self defence,manslughter any laws tha pertain towieght descrepency between victim and attacker or defendant

That is always a factor. If the facts don't appear to justify a real assault it will help the defense.
