ILLEGAL USE OF CREDIT CARD
I HAVE A WARRENT FOR MY ARREST, CAN I MOTION THE CASE UP IN COURT TO REDUCE MY BOND. THE CASE IS ABOUT ILLEGAL USE OF CREDIT CARD. THE BOND IS $600.00.

ILLEGAL USE OF CREDIT CARD
HELLO. CURRENTLY, I HAVE A WARRENT FOR MY ARREST. THE POLICE OFFICER TOLD ME TODAY OVER THE PHONE. I AM NOT IN JAIL. HOWEVER, I WANT TO KNOW CAN I MOTION THE CASE UP IN COURT TO REDUCE THE BOND WITH OUT GOING TO JAIL. THE BOND IS $600.00. I HAVE $100.00 OF THE MONEY AND I AM WORKING TO GET THE REST. I DON'T WANT TO GO TO LONG BEFORE I TURN MY SELF IN EVEN IF I DON'T HAVE ALL THE MONEY. I WILL JUST GO WITH THE MONEY I HAVE. I NEED HELP WITH THE MATTER. HELP.

You can try yes, but if mean it is at 600 now it will be hard to get it lower??
