Smile ILLEGAL USE OF CREDIT CARD

I HAVE A WARRENT FOR MY ARREST, CAN I MOTION THE CASE UP IN COURT TO REDUCE MY BOND. THE CASE IS ABOUT ILLEGAL USE OF CREDIT CARD. THE BOND IS $600.00.

You can try yes--but if mean it is at 600 now it will be hard to get it lower??
