Delinquency of a Minor/Minor in Consumption
Recently I was ticketed by a Parks and Wildlife Officer for having an open container, and minors in my car at a state park. The minors were not charged with being in consumption, nor was I charged for delinquency of a minor or DUI. However, I have been told that I can indeed be charged with delinquency/DUI and the minors can be charged with consumption for up to a year after the offense.
Is it possible for more charges to be filed after the event? |
