I would like to know the procedure for filling charges against a company for racketeering under the RICO act of 1970. Specifically, this company has defrauded its investors in a land investment scam, and is hoping to pocket the money and close its doors. I would like to file criminal charges, but am unsure of the process. Any advice?

RICO filings are a bit complicated and normally you would need a lawyer to file for you.
