I lawfully own a de-activated machinegun. I would like to obtain a part which would allow me to activate it again after I am licensed to do so. How do I store this item in the meantime so I do not have constructive possession?

It would seem you should not have it in any way at this point. Constructively or otherwise...why take the chance.

Hello, I am looking for a comprehensive definition of constructive possession (CP). I am in a situation where I am self employed and pay rent to some one who pays rent to an owner of a this commercial property. She is selling her business to an outside third party and without my involvement yet I have been a full time service provider for 3 years uninterrupted.
Do I satisfy CP to see if I would like to take over her lease before she goes to an outside third party? Is the owner required to accept my request before all other offers? Thanks |
