is this assault help me please
I am 18, me and a minor have exchanged some words and today when we were gonna talk about it he bent over to tie his shoe and i accidently hit him in the head with my car door, he knows it was an accident but his dad is going to pull phone records and try to press charges for assault with deadly weapon. what should i do and what are the consiquences of this offence.

The timing seems a little odd...you hit him right while that was going on?
But if you can successfully argue it was an accident it is very unlikely the authorities will take any action. |
