I'm an alias for deseased sister
Recently I was detained crossing the border from mexico back into california because my sister, who has been deseased for two years, used my name for hers when she was arrested a few years back. Before she died she got herself into more trouble and there are now outstanding warrants for her. The border police told me to contact the states where the warrants are, and furnish the neccessary documents to clear my name. Problem, how do I find out what states? Where do I start?

You can contact your local police station and ask what warrants or notices exist; or have legal counsel do so for you.
