Direct Filing Teenagers
I was wondering if you could tell me where to find info on how to research Teen charges in the state of Florida? I am looking to find info on 100 teenagers that have been direct filed or not . Ages of 14-17 , their sentence, were they direct filed or charged as juvinells, time given or deals made plus the SAO on the case. I am more intrested in Lee & collier county but any info would be helpful. Thanks

Look my son is in trouble and I need help to prove the state of Florida is going crazy putting these kids in adult jail. We are the leading state doing this. I go in front of Judge steinbeck in May. I need to be up to date & educated about this PLEASE help.... HE was only 16 & no prior charges but for some reason they think he is a full grown man, even though he can't vote or legally drink?
