Confused False Confession

If a person confesses to a crime thay did not commit (for whatever reason), and the "victim" says that no crime was commited against him/her by the accused. Can the confession be used against the accused?

Default Re: False Confession

It can yes but both sides are going to need other evidence to show what really happened. Victims do state false things sometimes, for various reasons.
