Default Need to know

I have a CDL-A license and a DUI conviction on my driving record, Does Ohio allow the conviction to be sealed or expunged so I don't have to tell anyone?
Please let me know if I can do this. Thank you.

In some cases yes--You may as a first step call the clerk of the court that was involved to see if it is possible to have it sealed, expunged, cleared etc. The clerk will normally know, and will often help direct you if it is indeed possible. Let us know here if you have any problems.
