Suicidal Mother

My daughter recieved a summons to appear in court (in the mail) at my house. She does not live with me, she recently moved to Washington and has no money and no way of getting here. She called the court and they just told her she was a criminal and if she wasent here on court day there would be a warrent issused. She has had a bit of trouble from the law in the past and has done jail time. She is now trying to straighten up her life and this happens. The charges are something that occured in December, 2006 for graffiti . I just dont know where to go from here and she has already had to go to the hospital 2 times because of panic attacks over this .Will they give her a fine or something instead? Please help a desperate mother
