Confused Please help..... I am confused!!!!

I need serious help and direction here. My 18 year old daughter was in her boyfriends truck after him and his mother's boyfriend had an argument. The mother's boyfriend hit the boys truck several times with his fist. My daughters boyfriend proceeded to run his mother's boyfriend over with the truck just like he told her he was going to. He not only ran over him but he then backed back over him turned around in the yard and was going to run over him a third time his mother stepped in front of him so he stopped.

My daughter was screaming for him to stop the whole time this was taking place. She told the police everything that was said in the truck during the time it was happening and what she saw. They took her statement and released her . The man is alive but had to be med flighted to the hospital where he is still in serious condition. The boy's mother was outside during the whole thing but told police that she was in the house. She has now hired a lawyer and is trying to get my daughter to talk to her lawyer and say that is was all an accident.

Do I need to get her a lawyer and do I let her talk to his mom's lawyer? Someone please help.

Default Re: Please help..... I am confused!!!!

Since even murder charges could eventually be involved here it may be a good idea to have counsel involved from the beginning and have her speak about this only when counsel is with her.
