Default No death penalty sought in Pa. FBI agent shooting (AP)
AP - Federal prosecutors say they won't seek the death penalty against a Pittsburgh-area woman who fatally shot an FBI agent.

Forty-year-old Christina Korbe, of Glenshaw, is accused of shooting agent Samuel Hicks as he and other officers arrived to arrest her husband on drug charges at their home in November.

Korbe acknowledges shooting Hicks. But she says that she believed police were intruders and that she feared for her two children. Prosecutors say Korbe knew Hicks was an officer.

She's being held in the Cambria County jail.
