General Manager
Hi
I am a General Manager for a Franchise, and when I took over the owners gave me signing priveledges and of course a company visa...there were two cards in total one in the name of one of my employees...Now that the business isn't doing so well and the owners have not had active or any input in running or financially keeping the business going during the cold season, there have been bills like the visa in which they haven't paid....My question would be if I am liable for this...will it affect my credit rating..and also my employee who had a card ? Thank-You Mike |

You are liable only if you actually signed the card agreement as well.
Authorized users are not responsible normally. |
