Default Is a 24 month contract the same as a two year contract?

Is a 24 month contract the same as a two year contract? I have been told that a court of law views a month as 30 days. If this is the case, 24 months would be 720 days while a year would be 730. Thank you for any light you can shed on this

It is what the contract says--24 months ending on the last day of the 24th month
