After a divorce I used my credit cards to excess as I was paying 900.00 a
month in child support. Every time I would turn around there was somebody offering me money because I had good credit. Needless to say I over extended myself. I had to stop paying them. I have contimplated bankrupcy but could never afford the lawyer. Bottom line, I have nothing, no property nothing but my clothes and home furnishings. Should I just let this go as I have nothing for them to take from me or should I file bankruptcy. |

It would be hard to collect from you but they may be able to garnish any wages if they go to court, and win.
